We found out on Friday Jan. 11th that my Dad had to have brain surgery on Thurs. Jan. 17th. This is his second brain tumor. We were sad that his tumor returned so quickly. It was only 3 years since the previous surgery. Thankfully the tumor prior to this one was benign, so were hoping that is the case with this one too. We wont get the results for awhile. So my sister and I got on a plane Wed. night to come to Oregon. My Dad is such a champ. He was in good spirits about his operation. The surgeon went up through his nose to get to the tumor. He joked that he was going to have to "pick" my Dad's nose. The good news is that my Dad recovered so nicely from the surgery. He was released home only 2 1/2 days after his surgery. Thank you for all the prayers. Kelly and I were so happy to be there and see him and our mom. Keep healing well Dad!
I flew from Portland to Reno to meet my hubby for Tahoe. We met 4 other couples and went to Damon Wayans. He was funny. Thanks for a fun weekend pals!
