An update...

No baby. :( Everyone is anxious to meet him, but he's all nice and cozy and doesn't want to come OUT! Kelly is having a tough go at it. She couldn't have her water broke until 12:30 this afternoon because the baby was too high and the Dr couldn't even reach the sac the first time around. It was a pretty painful experience for her when it finally did break. Payton and I were in the room when they were trying to break her water and Payton started crying because she didn't like watching her beloved Aunt Kelly in pain. Needless to say, we exited for a bit. But, good news when we came back in... the water break was a success. She asked for some drugs at 2:00, and progressed to 4 cm dilated. At about 4:30, 24 hours into labor, she asked for more drugs. But they didn't help her relax at all, so it was time for the big guns, the epidural. Last I spoke to my mom she was getting it put in. We're all hoping that it helps her labor progress and we will get to meet Mr. Dylan Robert today!
